yes its true the movie is delayed...Roller was making the movie @ first and we all had fait in him...waited and waited
roller promised me the movie would be released 1 year ago
and we belived him...then he told me the movie got delayed a little bit (he had much irl things to do so its ok roller one love)...well some months ago we lost fait in him so i asked joka to make the movie instead

Great job, a little big, and the mirrors are really slow, but great job none the less. Like I've said before and I'll say again, more and more teams are going to be making either frag / trick / promo movies as time comes, it's a great way of publicity and to show off the team's skills as well as entertain, w00t go EYE :)

no, kbps = kb/s (kilobit per second) but the small b means bit while the capital one Byte :)

so N kb/s != N kB/s

but be honest , u could have put a lot more effort into this movie.
you don�t have to be a rocket-scientist to make a good looking movie cfg , adding ingame sound is a lot of work but it makes the movie much more enjoyable to watch especially if the video focuses on the frags and not on effects.

i didn�t want to insult you with my statements but if you publish a q3 movie on esr you have to deal with all kinds of comments and reviews , u cant�t expect everyone to love your movie.

"make it better" is just a lame and unrealistic excuse.

The Movie is basicly, pretty good.

Good Points:
- Nice actions and frags
- funny things
- Nice idea's

Bad Points:
- The Quality of Q3 is very bad, it's bad looking
- The Music is gay
- The size of the movie
- Lots of changes in the Q3 config. Q3 had 3 diffrent graphix configs.

Overall, its a good movie with nice frags. I would use a better config, more clear and high detailed textures. If you have the space and the time to download it, it's worth to download it.

nice movie eyeballers.
Damn very nice frags.
Only (what people already said) the changing GFX settings sucks, the Eurocup3 movie gfx settings where the best imo. Too bad that there werent ingame sounds in it too, some of the frags diddnt look as spectaculair as they would be with sound.
The soundtrack was pretty good but some songs got anoying after some time.
I also liked the parts and loader graphics between the frags sections.
The roller section was rofl :))) and omg @ the hiddentrack.

650 mb....
I made a aq2 movie that was 22 min long and took 335 mb...
That movie was in 640*480. compressed the avi file with divx in 2mbit. and the quality was 'perfect'. This movie shoudnt take more then 400mb if u looked into how to compress a movie.

Ok, I wont download this file (not today :P)but I can tell you one thing. 650mb is obviously to long. I know eye is a great team but hey, this aint q3rulezz3, this a normal q3 clan movie. We all know that eye got skilz. Many ppl wont dl this movie coz it's to big. Make a mq or even a lq so we have something to choose from. Ok, downloading now :)

dunno what to say about it :)
the frags are great but the effects?
would be better with a movie cfg instead of using lots of diff cfgs :]
the effects are scary, lots of diff effect to..looks like he done a test job or something and about the music :)
choose one or two kind of styles havin lots of diff styles/music doesnt match
if you skipped all the effects the movie been on 400mbs ;)
Im gonna watch the movie again without the in-movie-music and using winamp and enjoy it again and again till I die
I give it a 6

forgot
the movie is delayed maybe thats the problem ;)
been lookin forward for this movie since the trailer :]
could be better ;)

Finaly got the damn thing down :)

Very nice movie in total. Some scenes aren�t cut when the fun ended but most of it were nice.

The best part in the whole movie got to be Roller :D omg what a king! You got game! Nice frags, runs and stuff. The jumps didnt suit tho...

Christ,a download this big and the quality is just pure shit.Do i need to mention something about the choice of music? I dont think so everyone that have seen this movie knows the music sux big time.Compared to the filesize this is the worst quake 3 movie ive seen.

But hey,by using Videomach u cant expect much better quality.

wanted to write my thoughts down yesterday but i got too tired, writing them now would only be repeating the others, but what the hell.

use 1 movie cfg for all scenes, but it seems joka wasn't the only one to extract the scenes therefor the gfx changing was inevitable. (besides, the movie cfgs being used wasn't that great)

the music changes was abit early sometimes, the music wasn't really crap but it wasn't good either :)

the movie was too blurry, therefor 639mb is too much. i made a 16 minute long movie with xvid, the picture was alot clearer and about 320mb.

did i get this thing wrong or did joka get a few month to work with this movie? then i think he had the time to implent in-game sounds, but as he said, he didn't have all the demos. tbh the timing with the ingame sounds that were used was terrible.

i have forgotten the rest crap i wanted to write. Please no stupid replies on me now since this is not waht you should of done, its what you should think of till the next time. (loved the 'scanning' thingy tho :))

well... the frags are really nice and I even liked some of the musictracks.....
but I have to agree on the statement, that it's a waste of these scenes :( the console messages (couldnt write q3config.cfg) just suck too much and are really disturbing all the time.
The movie's not bad, but if you compare it to annihilation or other top-movies, you find many things that are missing in this one (e.g. the defrag-democam - the intro was very nice to watch and I supposed the rest to be like this... but it's straight 1st person in the mainpart o_0).

i remember the days when it was plain frags and some music in the backround.. sure some movies are really nice edited etc.. i agree that the soundtrack of this video is VERY insiderish, only some eye players understand the fun about it.. its not perfect in anyway.. but i sertainly think that it has the best collection of frags in it.. but i am not a big fragmovie fan so i havnt seen all movies out there,, so dont flame me if there is better frags in some of them :D

Frags were good, but the filesize is just stupid, you could have exactly the same image quality at half the current size, editing was so-so, its still worth watching for some of the frags i guess, but i wouldnt download it if i had say a 512k connection or so.

Well, I have finally gotten the feckin movie and seen it now. I thought it was fucking great! The 26 odd mins flew by for me. Damn, some animal frags (and a few Jam0 ;0)!!

On a quality:filesize ratio (where quality is picture quality, config used, editing, frags and music) this movie would score very low I'm afraid. :((

What's needed is:
*Better picture quality
*Better compression(!)
*A good movie config (simple items in a movie is just wrong)
*More widely appealing soundtrack, I can understand how it has relevance to members of [EYE] but someone without that insight would just find the music annoying.
*Better editing, cutting between scenes was very poor here.

I do however, love the theme.

Gave it a 4.

I agree with the complaining, a nice looking 27mn vid�o shouldn't take more than 400Mo... Chick dig x-pec (CS movie THAT ROCKS) is 480Mo for 27 Mn... and this is the High Quality version !

GREAT frags, hilarious soundtrack , ROFL Roller. I got a sense of who you guys were, and how much fun you have with the game. Good to see a clan with a sense of humor.

Editing was too loose.. some songs ended too soon, while there was plenty of 'jump around the map before the cool frags' that could have been cut. Vid quality was low, and I wish configs were more consistent.

A mixed bag, but definitely worth the download.

I dont like to delete q3 movies, once i downloaded them.

But i just have a few things to say.

Firstly. You should not be allowed to advertise and promote this movie, as it is an insult to q3 movie makers all around q3. You might aswell of just uploaded some demo's of your games.

The soundtrack was the most horrifying i have ever come accross.

The frags were, as usual good.. as ALL frags in q3 movies are good.. people dont exactly put in parts where they got owned do they?

The idea's were pathetic, annoying and generally boring. The little bits of movies put into it just plain right pissed me off.

And last but certainly not least. Are the pictures of EYE fakes? Because everyone of them was a little blonde haired faggot of about 12-13 years old.
