I played with Kos guys a bit in the Akihabara necca when I was in Japan last year, they are really cool guys. Crize is a good player but but doesnt get the recognition because of the bad pings to other countries, plus the fact that only about 6 people in the whole of Japan play FPS games his clanmate MetalG is a really cool guy.

It was so randomn there, the Japan WCG CS team walked into the net cafe with a TV crew for some documentary and they asked to film us playing, so we loaded up CS and beat them! Quite funny I got a prize of a free coke and was told to stand on stage with some j-popstars I didnt recognise. Hmm still have photos somwhere see if I can find them.

green screen here, yes i installed the xvid codec.

Install ffdshow. Then start->run->type "regsvr32 /u ffdshow.ax"

Should fix the green problem with xvid.

I have a question, I know some tools to make UT movies, but where can you get the tools to make UT2003 movies and how is it called? (making screenies or avi's from demos)

You can record your demos with fraps (www.fraps.com). Its a D3D and OpenGL screencapturing software that makes avi's out the things you recorded in ut2k3.

After that you need to edit the avi's with music, effects, transitions etc. Most ppl use Adobe Premiere (www.adobe.com) There are others but i don't know them.

After the editing you should compress the movie with a codec. Like Divx5.0.5 or Xvid. That can be done from out premiere or you could use virtualdub (http://www.virtualdub.com/).

With alot of experimenting and reading tutorials on the net you can make urself a nice movie :)

for those who ask for tools to make movies.. Download Fraps.. it captures any D3D or OpenGL game to an avi.. uncompressed i think tho so u need a program to re-encode to get a smaller size (like VirtualDub)

btw i don't think this is a good movie, the frags aren't that spectacular, the skill isn't that high. I'm waiting for a movie from a german topclan or 4K or xt.tgs.

If that is what you want to see, why not just start winamp and watch some demos.:)

I have nothing against fragmovies (unless they have 80% sniperkills, then I fall asleep). But this movie is not about that. It is about creativity, editing and showing you something you didn't expect. So the lack of monsterfrags doesn't really matter, because it wasn't about that to start with.

^ that i would defently see... watched a demo of ocr and sk and damn... that cloud dude got some pretty nice head shots... but just have to wait.. Still this movie ain't that bad and the player like relax wroted i fuc**** awsome... still my fav is assures movie...

that fun part is damn worth watching
