This is honestly a standard level of play for that situation.

If you expect a Clutch to rush you (esp. since he's super loud and Raisy uses the boosts all the time), you spam the corridor, what's so strange about it?

BUT, i especially meant the shot at 27:29, when raisy is near the small armor and garpy shoots a rocket at him through the wall as if there is no wall.

Combination of listening to raisy's Clutch jumping around + anticipating his movement + missed his shot.

You cannot take a single instance as evidence of anything in Quake. If you had like 50 different instances that didn't make a lot of sense, then sure, it would warrant more attention. But a single instance does not make for a solid basis for hackusations. People hit and do crazy shit in Quake all the time. Some of it is pure instinct based on hundreds of hours playtime, and some of it is just lucky. It happens.

The difference between watching someone like Garpy vs. someone like Daddy (famous QL cheater) is that Daddy does not look like he knows what he's doing. He moves poorly, he doesn't position himself well for fights, he doesn't time items, and his aim is very clearly an aimbot. Just watch a few mins of Garpy playing and you can see he has strong mechanics and he's making (mostly) good decisions at every moment. All the stuff he's doing in between shooting/aiming is evidence that he's NOT cheating.

Yeah its a weird looking moment. Looking especialy weird if you start looking from 8:51 ingame timer. But if you start watching a bit earlyer, from 8:47 ingame timer you will see how unfortunate this sittuation was for Garpy. Garpy just got a mega and like zsx said it was massive opportunity for Garpy. But once Garpy made a jump forward, Raisy appears from nowhere and catch Garpy of guard. Garpy was litteraly floating in air, easy target for Raisy and realy unfortunate timings for Gapry. If Garpy manage to finish his strafe jump before raisy melt half of his stack it would be completely different story. Probably frag for Garpy, because if would be close distance fight where Garphy have rokets against Raisy's LG.

Yea and then he shoot the wall when Raisy was flying away. I think its like Garpy heard the clutch dash sound and saw the lg beam, so he start shooting at left wall to potentialy prevent Raisy's push on him. And the reason why he start shooting at the wall and not at the floor is because if you spam rokets on a floor there is tiny chance that enemy will be bounced on you. I have seen this many times and its the same in quake live. When enemy is pushing on you with gauntlet and you shooting roket at him, roket may land at enemy back and splash damage will push enemy on you and you will get pummeled. But, if you will be shooting at the wall like Garpy did, there is no chance or much much lower chances that it gonna happen. So yea, i think its more of a coincidence that Garpy shoot this roket while Raisy was flying away.

Garpy has been competing on the highest level of aFPS for almost 2 decades. Been to multiple LANs and shown consistent online and offline performances.

I see no reason why he would use cheats in a scenario where he's playing against his teammate of Myztro Gaming. Neither do I see a guy with Garpy's character use them.

I phrased it a bit badly. What I meant is, hes drawing conclusions about his whole behaviour from that limited perspective he has on garpy.

This. I might be biased because I was from myztro aswell. But garpy is one of the nicest guys around and he has no reasons to cheat. Forget it :)

I see maxter do this all the time whenever I watch him play, his crosshair will lock onto like y coordinate of the enemy player sorta like flusha from cs go as a way to track players through walls. I could be wrong but I see it so often it warrants some more eyes to look into it imo.

If you watch the video discarding beeing able to see Raisy's Clutch through the walls, Garpy is doing 100% standard spam, there is 0% aimbot.

You seem to miss that Raisy has just spawned after Garpy killed him near Heavy exit/Nail gun, one of the potential spawns is near the light armour bounce pad. Where is Raisy going to go if he spawns there? He is more than likely going to rush MH, particularly as Garpy is low and Raisy is Raisy - he rushes quite often and plays an aggressive style. As it turned out he spawned elsewhere, but firing rockets there makes perfect sense in that scenario.

If you watch any of the pros. for e.g. Killsen, they tend to try to figure where the player is. You can see from the twitch cam, that the players tend to have their cursor pointed nearly always on the other players location. Looks really fishy, but I guess that they narrow angles etc via sound and options for weapon, health, armour pickups and campy positions to get the first shot off for surprise head start.

This part is the post important, as if they get the player off guard and get first shot in, then they are at an advantage
