sole reason i dislike it: building is more important than movement and aim

For me the building is the best part about the game. Because this gives the game an incredible depth. If this game didn't have building it would be absolutely worthless. Instead it's one of the best games I've ever played.
But if you're not fond of the building, there is always pubg :)

I tried it some time ago when it was not that popular and I checked again recently but I find whole genre of Battle Royale not enough action packed. It's not worth my time when I spent most time running and looting. Also there's no training area so I could test out and practice guns. So from my point of view it's 5-10min looting running + 1-3 duels to find out how gun works.

Yea, this is out of my mind how popular this game got. The amount of viewers and players is ridiculous. I see some known people starting streams and playing the game (e.g. singers). Even some niggas seem pretty good at the game which is something new in gaming industry to me.

Im having the same problem. Trying to give the damn game a go finally, but no bots, no training, im just doing shit nothing, wasting time running around and specting for a long time when i get killed. This is fucking annoying so far, don't understand the hype.

apparently 2gd and noctis are currently trying to go "pro" in fortnite, saw them competing in custom tournaments and scrims.
not sure if competitive fortnite is even going to be a thing as "competitive" squad games are the most boring shit ever to watch (and probably to play as well).

Agreed the competitive scrims right now are a joke, playing passive all game til 20 people left inside the last circle all in small rooms on top of one another. No incentive to fight.
