Yes, idea is good but needs some improvements, for example the overall speed of the game is somewhat lacking, not fast enough for me.

cheapness and piracy is getting us nowhere. musicans, developers, artists etc which arent mainstream struggle in these times.

production costs went up, teams getting bigger. prices since c64/amiga games stayed the same.

the problem is that publishers dont talk about production costs. they fear to higher the prices. the dlc model helped with stable prices for the maingame.

steam forum is full with people that say "why does this fullprice game doesnt cost 10 $ € on release, its not worth more." could be cases of braindead.

the no-demos-status was explained. a analysis that all publishers know said if a publisher does release a demo, more people wont buy the game. do i want demos? sure.

The fact that you defend such practices is a shame. Not to mention the whole c64 point, that's moot. Those consoles had expensive prices because they were a niche market still; compare games prices with those of late 90s- early 2000s, price have definitely gone up, while more and more games are released as unoriginal, incomplete buggy messes.

This game is fun but it softlocks all the time. 10/12 of my playthroughs died because I got softlock/stuck. On top of that the performance is horrible (fps drops to below 20 on some parts). :/
Hopefully the devs fix these problems.
