After a long hiatus from the Quake scene, the community sweetheart Axel "Draxen" Masson returns to his roots. The french widowmaker was a force to be reckoned with in Overwatch scene, demolishing all competition with his team unKnights and earning $56 in the process. The hype is real and everyone is impatient to see if playing Overwatch left a dent in Draxen's Quake skill. Only 4 more days to go until we find out!

In the meantime, you can check out the trailer where Draxen is seen stomping 1200 elo CA servers without breaking a sweat.

Certainly, most exciting news.
Overwatch is losing players to a game that's not even released.
Of course, future will tell, but that's already a good sign.
Legends return to Quake, abandoning commercial casual crap.
Looks like Quake Champions will be THE game.
Extremely exciting things await us!
