I think you're safe. We had a rather lengthy discussion on IRC regarding this and frankly, the retardation only exists on ESR because it found its spot here. People come here to shit all over each other because this is a safe haven for trolling and being a retard.

plusforward is a new website and most people that you have in mind don't wish to change things.

Not bad, but if I turn off the right side-bar, then the website uses only 60% of my screen. I get that it looks more fancy, but I think many people still prefer the oldschool ugly scaling from esreality or reddit.

I never really looked at it until now. It's clean and very responsive. I like it. What kind of tech stack is being used for this? Looks like it's been hand coded. Looks great on mobile too.

The only downside is that it's covering things I have no interest in atm. Hopefully when QC and diabotical is released and there are tournaments and leagues going we'll see some user activity and discussion. The only reason I come here is nostalgia and the low quality click bait.

One of my favorite features of the website is how you can browse through the list of tournaments from Quake 3, 4 and Live.

It must have been some long and hard work gathering all that up. It's preserving some of the history of Quake in a nice and easy to access fashion.

I definitely couldn't say that it doesn't offer anything.
