Unfortunately, we most likely won't see him there (which is quite sad, considering that some other old school players like ZeRo4 opted in).

zero4 lives in da america so its easy for him to travel there, iirc he's gone every year and does alright considering how little he plays but he is the father of quake 3

Zero4 actually lives closeby as well (by plane), and besides him having a chance of winning some money it's a cool place to meet up with fellow (old)quakers.

PLEASE, do some breaks between matches, cause we need rested players, not
jade horses...
Humans can keep concentration for 2 hours (F1 drivers example), after that we need rest. If you want good matches let players rest, don't make another endurance cup as it is usual at QuakeCon....
And some how get Agent and Base there, it would be much more fun!

The terrible tear-down of the BYOC included my PC getting smashed.
It seems I manifested it with this tweet... After Fatal1ty tossed me his badge as he was leaving, I put it on with my BYOC badge and got my rig; was walking out when a random volunteer bum-rushes me and stopped me mid-motion (was pushing a cart) which sent the tower flying; GPU ripped off the mobo- pins torn off; (I had to build a new rig).

I was minding my own business leaving the BYOC but the volunteer guy was like "YOU ARE NOT FATAL1TY! WAREZ U GOING?" was almost at the check-out line (Someone find out who it was)
One guy was trying to be helpful taking a look at the damage while idiot guy stood repeating "I didn't know man, I didn't mean to man" - C wizzy came over "Anything wrong?" - "Nothing." "It doesn't look like nothing" - "I know that you guys are not responsible for what happens to stuff; therefore nothing is wrong. Ask that guy" - walked out -

It was a great time outside of leaving...
