Models look incredibly bright and glossy :-/

Purely for the trailer / due to glow&glitch effects. I'll be posting more videos showing the actual in-game look (default settings) soon. The models appear VERY clear in-game, and that'll be something customizable. The default mode has fullbright solid colour models, with the color representing the player's health.

Cool, was just first thing that stuck out to me :)

How long til we see some gameplay videos? I'm curious to see how you balance the silent and loud movement

I suppose silent movement will be quite slow and tricky to pull off and loud movement will be quite fast?

It's not necessarily more difficult, since the loud movement is faster so that sometimes needs better timing etc.

But basically with the slower movement theres a lower speed cap, so if you pick up a lot of speed from bunnyhopping around, then start doing the crouch based / silent moves, you'll gradually lose speed until you reach the lower cap. And you can't gain speed via bunnyhopping / air strafing when you're crouched so you need to start being "loud" again to pick up speed via bunnyhopping.

Also, when crouching in midair your bounding box is made smaller. This is obviously advantageous for avoiding being hit, with the cost of slower movement in the air.
