question number one - will AMD A10 X4 6800K run QL at rock solid 250FPS (no bloom, vertexlights =1, no marks, r_picmip 5, 1080p)?
question number two - does AMD A10 X4 6800K support 144Hz with BenQ monitors?

I guess both answers are yes, but it still not 100% clear, anyone with similar setup here?

alternatively, will Intel Core i3-4130 with HD4400 do the job?

EDIT: mobo will support Dual-Link DVI but will the integrated HD8670D allow me to set 1080p@144Hz? It can do 1440p@60Hz so the bandwidth is not an issue, my main concern is being familiar with AMD buggy software, I am not sure they are supporting this specific resolution and refresh rate I need...

Answer to 1st: it 100% can. I tried 250fps with a mobile a8 and it didnt dip too much. The non mobile a10 should do it fine.

Edit: resolution I used is 1600x900

so your mobo has dual-link dvi connector your monitor is 120Hz+ and monitor cable is dual-link dvi also I assume? Does it not have the 1080p@144Hz in the GPU option list or is there any specific issue with drivers?

bah sad story bro, why on earth this mobo and APU, with capability of
Supports Dual-link DVI with max. resolution up to 2560x1600 @ 75Hz
will not let us have 1080p@144Hz :(

still I am curious, does it not detect that refresh rate option after monitor connection or it just won't work and show black screen?

were there any issues with dual graphics? Is it possible to disable integrated GPU in bios?

Those 2 cost more, need a bigger psu and require a bigger case. you dont know his specific situation

yea, you are right. I want to keep slim minimalistic case, with discrete GPU it is next to impossible to find anything decent for less than 200$ here which I do not really want to spend, since all I need is AutoCAD (2D mostly) and QL

You could find a solid card for 120-130 euro, but fitting a discrete card in a slim/small case would be an overheating headache

no, you won't get stable and consistent 250fps with this setup, even with vertexlight 1 and everything at the minimum. How do i know that ? Well, pretty simple, i currently have a laptop with i5-3210M and radeon hd7670m and i'm unable to get stable 250fps on most maps with lowest possible settings and 1024x768 monitor res.
However i can get stable 200fps+ on most map if it's 1v1/2v2/3v3 and sometimes 4v4, still with lowest gfx possible. On map like asylum i'm forced to play at 144fps because i get fps drops to 150-160.

The gt635m in my laptop doesnt strugle with ql at any settings and its old as fuck.

edit: I just checked the specs and hd7670m has double the memory clock speed, double the memory bandwidth, 3 times more memory bandwidth and somehow gt635m beats it on every benchmark. hd7670m is truly a shit card

funny thing is, my work laptop K43SJ (i5-2410M+ GF520M) doing stable 250FPS in any condition, I can even push it to 130Hz+ on lower res via d-sub. The only problem with it, is horrible keyboard lag even with external KB, it feel like 20ms delay on keypress, while mouse input is handled perfectly fine. And this really drives me crazy, because if I am getting perfectly fine USB input from mouse, why the hell my keyboard plugged in the very same USB port with properly installed drivers and 1ms poll rate is so damn laggy...

If you get the AMD A10-7850K, make sure you get 2133Mhz memory, otherwise you will bottleneck the gpu.
