On a more fundamental level, the scale is just different. The criminal ready to carry on a crime with his gun (consequences = BIG) may be willing to commit a gun possession crime (consequences = SMALL). However, someone who committed a small infraction (consequences = SMALL) may not be willing to face the consequences (BIG) from escaping a ban.

You are not infact 'hosting' the server, so if you abuse your rights as an admin, farm, or stack teams grossly enough, QL CAN revoke your status. This is not even a factor and exposes your initial lie as you never had a subscription to begin with.

So, what is the point of this? You got banned...so make up some weird lie about bad-blood regarding your management of a spawn server you exposed you never had?

To give OP the benefit of the doubt, he did say that he's waited 5 days for a reply from QL support. Maybe he meant to reply to KiNG3's post about checking subscription status (which seems to be the case from post times and context), and that his prem/pro expired during his ban so that he has no way of knowing whether the expiration was due to the ban (signaling permaban) or just due to time (which gives the possibility of it being a temp ban).

I'm not saying you're wrong, but I also don't think you can necessarily say that OP outed himself by that post.

people who kick players outside of warmup (after game as started) get banned. some people do it as a way of stat padding/gaining elo by getting free wins out of such kicks.

if thats your case then deserved ban. if you are getting your ass kicked then forfeit and then kick the player or, better yet, don't f3 in the first place and kick him before the game starts (if you actually own the server or have previledges for it)

w2 is a cheater? I played him and instantly reported him after the match, but I thought his felony was simply abusing a fake account. He kept absolutely destroying many players (myself included) and the only two guys who managed to win with him were Cypher (with a close final score of 11:9) and K1llsen (who lost the first match and managed to get his revenge in the second one). At the time his ELO was close to 1320 or something and QL's skillmatching system kept putting him against similarly ranked people. A clear fake account abuse if you ask me.

Sure, his LG seemed EXTREMELY good, but I thought that was simply some pro using a fake account. I've never played against any pro, so I assumed that's what it feels like when you actually fight against one. If he's a cheater then screw him!

Anyways, his account is suspended now and the dev team sent me a personal message regarding my report. I'm FAR from saying that they "suck", they carry out their duties very well.

Any experienced player can feel that kind of lg is from a bot, I played k1llsen a few hours later and it didn't come close. Of course it's pretty easy to deceive people who are spectating if said cheater spams it a lot whilst hitting insanely hard.

- As you can see on the qlranks page, the difference of our ELO on the match time is ~350 points, and not 700 like you said.

- When I rejoined the server to tell you that you will be banned if you keep doing that, you told me that "you kicked me because your aim was off". But just after, you gave another excuse, that you don't want somebody with ELO 2000 to play with you (no idea who you were referring too).

- And then again, ALL your excuses are crap, because you kicked another guy 2 times in a row. HydraCat is his nick.

- HydraCat was winning you on aerowalk and then you kicked him. Then you guys played bloodrun and he was winning. You also kicked him.

- Now the fun fact: HydraCat has ELO 1099, which is around ~350 LOWER than your ELO.

You are here trying to get the community on your side, but you are just a bad looser that when have the chance to kick somebody because of a loosing match, you will do it. And all these excuses of "the elo is too high" is just bullshit, because you kicked a guy with ~350 LESS elo then you too.

It's all on your qlranks page and is very easy to identify that.

Considering the top 5 opponents you have defeated and if I remember well the level that you play, it seems very obvious that you do that always (or most of the times) when you have a chance to.

Hey guys, I honestly don't think he made the new account to harass me. He was just playing and when I joined the server (by coincidence, as I didn't even know that was him), he start to say bullshit to me. But then I didn't even care and went to another server, as the match was about to start.

Anyways, if he stops kick people and act like a retard, I don't see a problem, despite of course that he is full of lies, first with the other thread, and second with the way he tells things on this thread.

Nobody on here can tell you how long your ban will last. If you get a temporary ban and then create a new profile to play on whole your main account is banned you can get banned forever.

Anybody on here can report you since you have told us about it. They get hundreds of messages from guys like you so most likely they are just ignoring you.
