If you put the slider on any setting more than 6/11 you will simply be skipping pixels. Maybe your screen resolution is too high, and 400 dpi of wmo feels to slow.

If that is the case I would suggest using 800 dpi and buying a new mouse and then cut your current sens in half.

I feel with 1920x1080 800 dpi is pretty much perfect for both rts and for fps. You can use sane settings without skipping any pixels.

It only does 400cpi. If you want a faster cursor than a WMO provides at 6/11, your only choice is to increase Windows pointer speed. Just be aware that any values over 6/11 will start skipping pixels on the desktop. If you intend on playing any games that don't have directinput or raw input, you should probably turn the slider back to 6/11 before playing them.
