The demo is from his opponent, so solar's POV is only available when he is in his opponent's PVS. Otherwise it switches back.

They look pretty same - both lock hitbox, no overshoot when leading targets, no 100% hit on guessed right direction of movement.
Just keeping average lg stats both.

there are some very strong suggestions in the way his crosshair locks to minimal movements and weird behaviour when hes spamming plasma. so yeah, i would say hes cheating based of that demo
