UPDATE 3: Seems more likely to be only 118.208.* and 118.211.* that are banned.

UPDATE 2: From what I understand, some dunce at Zenimax banned a whole subset of IPs.

I believe the subset is:

inetnum: 118.208.0.0 - 118.211.255.255
netname: IINET-AU
descr: iiNet Limited

Seems odd though... that they would ban most of Internode's customers from accessing Internode's Quake Live servers?

LMAO... but we know this project doesn't exactly have the sharpest minds on it now does it!

UPDATE: It's looking increasingly like a rogue Zenimax employee has banned half of Australia from Quake Live and the QL forums in an attempt to silence dissent.

It won't fucking work.

How much recompense was paid to Christopher Sabat for his contributions to the game?

$1000?

$10000?

I would've done it for NOTHING,

ZIP,

ZERO,

ZILCH,

ABSOFUKINGLUTELY FREE

And following that, the money could've been invested in another developer's salary for a couple of months.

Instead we have a "great new announcer" and, let's be honest now, NONE of the people who paid for it (the subscribers) wanted, needed or appreciated it.

Thanks again for the amazing development direction id. Dickheads.
