Why is PQL not available to standard users? Was one of my questions. (deleted why?).....

Since the change, from PQL servers being maxed out on Mino's. Trance's, Reefa's, and Bombel's, most days at 16 players, it has now gone to mostly lowly populated or empty. WTF. It is the standard users, who make up the numbers, but now, its only the few who remain, but for how long?

The other question was is Race not available for standard users? (deleted why?)

Jahi's PQL server also runs at capacity most of the time.

Well I think they are all VQL Vanilla. If you check in your browser and see a "Spanner symbol" beside the server, it means something has been modified. Hover over spanner to see, and it wil say PQL if those physics are applied, plus a list of other modified settings from Default VQL.. You can check that way. e.g. Minobot server is PQL CA. But unfortunately it is only paid people or invited can play that sadly, and becoming less populated :(

So this is how they treat they customers? by ignoring them and censorship..great, just great..instead of listening to us, reading and giving some feedback...this is NOT how professional team in professional company should behave..

Why cant they just say, "were working on it" or "yes we recognise that, and we are fixing things", or something informative. You cant just go deleting stuff that is good input and feedback... Get a few polls going or something. ffs, come on, finger out.

Top of the changelog says work in progress. They are working on it, but currently just testing in closed group. The changes are not final yet and are discussed in private, that's how their policy works. No control over reddit/ESR so things blew out of proportion here, but of course they're going to delete it from their own website!

It's not a leak, they are testing the waters to see to what scale this is going to piss real quake players.

Also - censorship is when government forbids you from saying things in general. On private website it's just "moderation" :)

Guys, write to zenimax or ql team boss at id. Only these people can influence morons who work on ql and i bet they don't read esr at all.

Quakelive will most likely get axed in a year or two if nothing is done to increase the player base. I'm sure the people at zenimax want as many players as possible playing the game. Considering that quakelive in terms of users is at an all time low compared to how it was in the past, I'm actually surprised they havn't axed the project. They may very well if numbers continue to twindle. They only have 2 people working on quakelive.

Yeah, I was surprised that nobody here was mentioning the fact that you can no longer have public PQL servers. It's a real shame given how fun and populated the CA and CTF PQL servers were. That's basically all I played (even if I don't play much these days). It's an incredibly frustrating decision.

PQL is pro only because they introduce new gameplay duh! idk if VQL will be pro only. but if they did it to PQL and want to embrace NQL then VQL might be pro only.

So many QL's, maybe its all going to roll into one RIPQL..

A lot of newer quake live players prefer PQL to the vanilla physics and did substantially better at it. PQL is a totally different skillset than vanilla, it should be available to free users.

I did not post even a single rude word but only my negative yet constructive review. I've told them its a "simplicity overdone" and that it has plenty of errors.
Seems like the truth is hurting them too much and they cannot stand it. They prefer to have only positive praising posts (some also fake as you may notice) and get rid of sad bitter truth.
