This is one of the main problems of donations. Now players think they are entitled to ask for them every single time, no matter their circumstances.

For strenx's and tox's cases at quakecon 2014 it was fine, but now just get a job. It's silly that 'we' have to fund the hobby of working people, of a country with a real chance of getting sponsored and for travels that cost a fraction of what going to quakecon costs.

Just get into cooller's Jaguar and pay for gas yourselves, you cheap asses.

Everyone can do with their money what they want, including paying for cooller's breakfast if they desire to. I'm just saying what should be said at this time.

Actually these guys won €600 the last time and they expect to win again.

That's basically travel covered and last year we lived in €8/night place so... (102 didn't but they shouldn't ask for donations for luxury)

Assuming last year they were either sponsored or paid for vacation like the rest of us - winnings for 2 years in a row actually cover the expenses for this year.

I'm expressing my opinion about donations.. and my opinion is that it's a bad habit. Your not asking for donations to help kids who are starving in word zones.. you are asking for money so some kids can go have fun playing a non profissional game at some random LAN.

I myself might go to prague.. I work every week day so i can have the PRIVILEGE to do such a thing. Because it is a privilege.. it's not a necessity or a desperate measure.

People need to realize the difference.
