yeh so far im impressed. also seems to have better fps than the first dark souls.

Remenber reading about this and it supposed to be an incredibly hard game can anyone confirm this?

been te long for an actually challenging game

its challenging in a cpm way, where you need to reach mechanical perfection.

yeah it is hard by today's standards. its very easy to die so the sense of accomplishment when you pass a section is great. the world is very engrossing and it doesnt force some bullshit storyline on you, the focus is on the gameplay. the online coop/battles are very original also. this and its 2 predecessors are about the only 2 single player games ive fully completed in the past 5 years or so. i highly recommend it. i will mention that the PC version of dark souls was supposed to be much better using a controller as apposed to mouse and keyboard.

you also dont need to play them in order, they are set in the same world but totally different storylines

Interesting going to pick it up from steam if its there pretty demanding for the PC i recon

yeah it is on steam. dark souls 2 isnt out for a month on PC but the first one should be pretty cheap right now. have patience with it and good luck =] also there is a really good wiki to help you with items etc

Haven't played Dark Souls 2 yet, but Dark Souls isn't nearly as difficult as people claim. Its hard work and punishing but almost anyone can grind through it eventually.

I'm afraid this won't be playable on my pc.. unless the optimization is better this time or something. the first dark souls was already a bit laggy in some areas for me
