Depends on the map and game mode.

In CA (obviously 1vs1) I believe there aren't many maps that you can actually play "stealth" very well. Which means to play smart (with brain and actual tactics) without just being a one position camper.
E.g. campgrounds / asylum are good maps in my opinion (a lot of way to outmove the enemy and ways to predict the enemy).

Most CA ppl will call you CS fag though.

this wasnt first time he did it, first time I remember he did it with out grabbing any thing else on the map he was all in on that trap it was pretty amazing, it was a clean kill. people eventually started always checking that spot because of matr0x

yes but you can't just camp all the time in duels what he is doing is very risky behavior.

He picks up mega and some weapons so he has the same stack as his enemy. And then just decides to camp for the enemy who would obviously try to pick up an important weapon.

With the position advantage and the "same stack" this is an obvious and logical movement. I think I watched until 05:00 because I didn't even realize that this could be anywhere close to be special enough to be mentioned :D

I would assume someone who times well and uses it to their advantage are quite stealthy when out of control. So I would say rapha for sure.

And this is just from playing and specing 1yr ago? I would also say slugor (na player) cause I've seen him so many times slip away when out of control, even when the chaser gets glimpses of him he seems to disappear regardless. In addition when he's in control he sets every trap possible it seems(lots of variety), where most people tend to go for the typical ones like gl pillar on ztn.

if-22 wasn't really "stealthy" you usually had a good idea where he was at. His defense was just so strong at those points that taking the fight usually ended up in him getting away on low hp and you yourself being on low hp as well.
