and what about the game sharpness, in my pc i see the crosshair very diffuse and in my friend PC very clear with the same config :S!

Check antialiasing settings in drivers and make sure texture quality is set to high

Mipmap details in Ati/AMD Catalyst Control.

High performance > blury
Performance > It's a bit sharper
Quality > In some games you can even see sharper textures
High quality > Sharpest possible (unless you can tweak even more via Atitraytools for instance).

I'm sure you are using high performance or performance ^^. By the way with a 7850 I think you can set it to high quality you won't lose a lot of performance!

Turning off FXAA made the text a lot less blurry for me in the standalone browser.

Still able to use 16xQ or w/e on the other anti-aliasing settings.
