Nothing touches good old 125-fps-physics on a server with sv_fps 20.

if you somehow include mods into ql you will open the game up for many possibilites. if not you have just led the community into a dead end. its the exact opposite of ql closed model that gave life to the game for so many years and without it there wouldnt even be a ql

not gonna help... It will just split the already small community into multiple even smaller communities... Which will only increase the problems ql already have.

There is none for the vq3 script rotation, say: set m1 "g_gametype 0; fraglimit 50; timelimit 15; map pro-q3dm6; set nextmap vstr m2" ...
other than disable map votes.
You need to use the OSP way to do the map rotation. How to do it is described in the "Docs"-folder of OSP.
