High/medium quality is my friend now, Source may be only working ok on some morning/noon during weekdays (and when some lol/dota/sc2 with 15-20k+ is on -- just forget about it).

Works okay for me. But then again I never use anything above Medium cause my PC can't handle it.

while we're on the topic of streaming/twitch, i just have to say re-broadcasts are so fucking dumb and annoying. the vod section is there for a reason. it makes the stream notifiers shit and twitch is laggy as fuck even without people re-streaming their own vods
