The Hien Hard english page is still on the site, just not accessible from that page. It seems like you can currently only order the small or medium sizes, as large is not currently available atm.

Your best bet would be to email them directly for a response. If you need the large Hien, then a Hien Mid is the closest you can get. I doubt it is very far off at all, considering how dense the Artisan backing is.

Ordered it, and this is what i got :D It says HIEN HARD on the box, but its completely different from my old HIEN HARD and not hard at all (regluar flexible cloth mousepad) Did they change the design or smth..what the shit..waiting for their reply :P

Are you sure you didn't originally buy your Hien when it was still called the Hien Kai.g3? I believe they upgraded the Hien since then. Doubt you recieved a Hard pad at all though, get a refund!

that is correct, they discontinued the KAI.q3 and the Hien Hard i got is the replacement according to them (not hard at all) currently its working fine for me altho id much rather want a new version of the original ..well think about the refund :P
