Every Sunday FACEIT returns with the weekly FACEIT Quake Live Sunday Cup. This week we have arrived at number fourteen.

Evil keeps winning and winning FACEIT Sunday Cups and last week was no different, as the Russian managed to beat Vo0 in the grand final. This week we return in full force, with commentary provided by

Daniel "ddk" Kapadia and

Xavier "Zoot" Dhorne live on FACEIT TV.

Means nothing compared to a tournament final. Top players beat each other all the time in friendly's there just not the same to get up for. So he gets a quick win when the pressures low and hardly anyone is watching and runs away with it. Strenx likes to pull the wool over your eyes, after all he said, acting like a clown @ the evil vs voo final, plus getting everyones hopes up for an interesting matchup. Mark your own words put your money where your mouth is and give the community some good games to watch. Face the man in the final!

dude, then get your stuff straight and setup your fucking mouse in a way that enables you to play. or bind /timeout or whatever, just don't cry when you can't manage to organise yourself. :x not pavel's fault.

I stated after the map when I put my frustration away that I was not complaining about pavel killing me there, but the fact that my chord did have to slip away in the middle of a game, and for the life of me I could not see a single reason why pavel would come that way. I took a risk I thought was kind of safe, considering the situation, and also because pausing often puts off the opponent as much as yourself, and whatever you say, pausing in the middle of a game is very frustrating anyway.

I figured 3 or 4 seconds to fix the chord quickly in that situation would be the best option, turned out to be the worst one possible.

But hey, I never insulted pavel...

that wasn't the moment I meant, what I was referring to was you complaining about luck in one of the following maps. maybe I didn't word my comment quite right but overall it certainly felt disrespectful and distracting.
anyway I was very happy to see you come through like that and enjoyed the games a lot so I was simply a little disappointed about having my sympathies towards you compromised by your raged chat comments ;)
that being said I realize it must have been a very high pressure situation for you - just try to act a little more sportsmanlike in the future and I honestly hope you can continue strong in the next couple of cups!

edit: as an afterthought, I always felt like there's a connection between overall sportsmanlike behaviour and good performance in clutch situations but that might just be me.

Yeah I remember saying something along the lines of 'so lucky' near the end of the last map... I had just taken my 7th full face rocket of the map and I felt the game slipping away from my hands despite working so hard to get it.

I was still frustrated about losing dm13 and the amount of tiredness and stress from playing so much and in such high pressure conditions (I had to play twister, cypher, guard and pavel for 12 maps :P).

Anyway I always try to behave and respect my opponents, I'm a bit upset about my own banter and whine and wish I kept my composure in those moments...

Props to pavel for winning this cup, and I hope this tournament serves me as a good experience to yet improve my game and attitude.

I don't use it as a synonym. 'just about' does not mean 'close but not quite' - at least not in British English. Although if I am over using it then I will definitely make an effort to say it less.

demon using autoaim cheating obviously ! All you can check back the stream on hektik vs pavel, the rail from below, demon already shoot on right side but finally fraged pavel on left side,autoaim works mostly on rail.
besides this there were lots of very abnormal rail from demon Vs other player, his Rail needs no aiming,just approximate direction then click mouse;

Ban this suck man !!!
