Yesterday I bought a Logitech G400 mouse with angle snapping(prediction) still enabled. I thought these aren't sold anymore but appararently they still are.
My issue is that Logitech refuses to ship me a replacement because "angle-snapping is an intended behavior and not a product defect". How can i bullshit them so that they would send me a newer mouse? Do i just tell them one of the buttons isn't working or something like that?
