You mean Pro|Click 1.6? If yes, it's true, because even if it has the old Diamondback's sensor, the firmware was different, which made it not that good for gaming.

I had a Diamondback and a Diamondback 3G as well - which latter I still have on the shelf. Both are really good mice if you feel comfortable with the shape, though I like the first generation a bit more.

And I do have pro|click too I actually still use it and dont notice anything strange comparing to my salmander edition!?

You could elaborate more on why Diamondback 3G and Salmosa are crap. Because they clearly not. In fact, for me, Salmosa is the most awesome mouse besides MX300 and WMO, even though I had many mice before and tried almost all major gaming mouse in the last 7 years.

I had a ProClick, an Diamondback 3G and an old Diamondback. The OG dback was the only one worth a shit. And even then I don't understand why anyone liked it that much - the shape was horribly uncomfortable.

Shape is the most subjective matter ever.

The DA 3.5G has very high lift off ditance and jitter a lot just like abyssus.

You can use the duck tape trick or add another layer of hyperglides to lower LOD - or both for combined effect.

Yep, this is the best solution really, but probably the newer devices have synapse only drivers... which sucks tbh.

If you need reason not to buy Abyssus than its random jittering seems like much bigger issue.

Mine is fine at 450 cpi on a Goliathus Speed.

I would stop bragging about perfectly functioning Abyssus - people will suspect some witchery is involved and burn you at stake. :D

This is why i backed up 3.02 Razer Deathadder drivers, much better than 3.03 and let's not even talk about this Synapse 2.0 driver.

Razer are discontinuing the 3.5G DA, so on the 4G expect Synapse 2.0 only.
