We will have AMC #4 next tuesday. As I said in my last comment, I don't want to move the finals away from sunday 29th, so having AMC 3 next tuesday and 4 the tuesday after that is not an option.

I quite honestly tend to do it next Monday or next Wednesday. Maybe Sunday. Depends on our beloved coverage partners and the amount of comments from people who want my blood for this decision.

We can't be certain everyone will read this or learn about it in IRC. It would be unfair to those who bookmarked the AMC site, click it, see it's offline and think nothing's happening tonight.
Besides, the whole idea behind the AMC Series was page activity. The idea was also to prove that the community is motivated and can hold schedules. Although this is obviously ESL's fault, maybe it's a good situation to show that we are indeed motivated and flexible.

Maybe the easiest would be to cancel it then. I personally dont feel like playing two allnight cups 2 days so close to eachother, but maybe its just me that got too old and need my 6 hours of sleep before work :))

Reschedule to tomorrow. Thursday-Sunday are out of question (Thu - HoQ, Fri/Sat - people are out, Sun - other cups clash).

Don't do two of those in one week, esp. one day after another if you want to keep activity.

SUNDAY IS BEST!

Most team have Sunday as their 'game day' and to announce a tournament that will require many hours on that day just a few days in advance would most likely not be that great idea. It would be different if it was announced +1 week or more in advance.

This is my general feeling though and I have basically only my gut as proof :D

What could be better than to play the cup on most teams "game day"?

With a few days to go I predict a lot of teams have other league games. I could be wrong.

I would like to hear from those teams. Maybe we could arrange slightly modified seedings to have them play their hoq match as the first round in AMC #3 on sunday. Other than that, I see no option but Monday or Wednesday -- doing it this week would be too soon for some I guess, and next thursday will be ESL CA Spring already.

cant you just move the #4 cup and finals forward by a week and do it next tuesday?

aCtion and mamut is playing HoQ game sunday 22nd @21.00 CEST. If you move it to Monday/Wednesday next week I only think aCtion will participate in either #3 or #4 because 2 allnight tourneys 2 days in a row is just too much imo.
