DotA-clone League of Legends is the New StarCraft in Korea, says Kotaku.
"Korean cable television company, Ongamenet (OGN), showed its support by becoming an official sponsor at the Yongsan e-sports stadium. Starting March 21, OGN will show live, twice weekly broadcasts of League of Legends tournaments with 16 participating teams from Korea, USA, and Europe. " The winning prize money of these tournaments will be 200 million Korean Won in total (176 000 $), first place gets 100 million Won (~90 000 $).
