Heya.

My last MSI 3.0 recently broke down after several years of service so i bought another but it's too slippery to hold on to where as my old had been "worn down" so it wasn't quite as slippery. Now i was wondering if you guys know any tricks to make my new 3.0 less slippery?

change shell back to old one.
or use water-sandpaper ~2500 and work with it .

Yeah i thought about that aswell, but the mouse1/2 buttons seemed to be kinda mashed after so much use, but is that the switches fault or the shell's? (Hope you understand what i mean)

you can disassemble the shell and use the new shell buttons with old main shell

mine does that sometimes too, get rough with it and it will eventually go away. press it hard down, and hold it and i wont 2xclick.. dno, works for me.

mine does this as well.

Also to everyone else: I need to get a new 3.0 every year roughly because the cord starts to short and eventually stops working completely.

Does this happen to anyone else, if so, is there a potential fix?

replace cord from any other optical mouse, they mostly have same number of pins. Or if it's still works , just fucks sometimes, open mouse shell and move cord to mouse 1 cm, so place where cord is broken will be in shell and won't move.

I certainly don't hope so, but this is only my second 3.0 and my first lasted for like 6-8 years.
