Really good, but it feels like i´ve seen this movie more than once before.

good stuff, what an eyecandy watching this in best quality! Not the greatest movie ever though, a lot of 'average' frags in it.

Strange issue: in VLC I had some lags, but it ran perfect on WMP.

Btw, is there a cfg available you used for the vid settings? Wouldn't mind watching demos with all those fancy plasma & rocket colors! =)

vlc doesnt use hardware acceleration while wmp/c does

whaat, for me vlc has always the smoothest video playback as mpc and gomplayer tend to lag on some very hq videos (1080p@50fps)

Get the Combined Community Codec Pack and use WMP Classic, guaranteed without lag, way better than VLC.

using ffdshow codec pack, mb its a bit heavier :|

dont get any codec at all and install the "windows media player classic homecinema" > plays everything & hardware accelerated

Colosseum 1 was a ton better, this wasnt even close to it or another top movies. There just werent enought spray worthy frags to carry this movie, to be honest i was quite surprised that there werent any crazy aim moments as colosseum 1 was full of them, it just must be that in QL aim is nothinkk. If i need to find something positive about this one its that fact that editing was top notch as always when zeroql is the editing.

If something this really shows how bad balance QL has had atleast during the nationscup, check all the quadruns all sg, no rockets, rail or shaft... Made it very boring atleast for me, since with quad and sg u really dont need any skill in order to get frags.

And all in all, to be honest CPM / VQ3 gameplay offers a fuckload of more awesome frags compared to QL, where camping is a must in order to beat even 25% aiming newbs. Like strenx said "I could have won dhs if i just had camped more" and "Spartie can easily win qcon if he just will camp more", the fact just stands that gameplay like in QL tends to favour defensive player a fuckload.

In 2010 things really were like that. MG/SG cess fest.

well it was decent, but its extremely easy to aim 100% shaft from that angle.. I cant understand why there arent any frags where one got lg and takes out 1v2 by hitting +50% and shit, thats what i want to see..

because in ql it isn't happening, only on q3. God, I miss quake 3 times.

I liked it alot, mainly due to the production and I like good plays and runs being shown, could of done with a hell of alot more air rockets though!!!

I must say there were some things I missed in this movie. In particular since this is footage and name is after a tournament/cup -> 'Quake Nations Cup 2010'.

I was hoping to see 'group stage' develop into 'playoffs' and have more game frag deciding moments included and highlighted better! For instance if someone does a nice quad run with last quad and creates a comeback for his team and so on.. Didnt even know who won this cup? Let alone who played who or what happened -> results/tables etc. The frags mean more if you 'live in' the moment of when this was actually pulled off? Do a tripple rail frag when you have +150 frag lead in the group stage, or do a double frag rail when there is 2 seconds left and your team win with 1x frag? :)

But for frags alone + editing and atmosphere, the movie was really nice to watch :)

Nice but, i liked Colosseum more, it didnt just feel as epic. The LG charging effect was awesome... also lol at linkin taking quad down within a single shot.

I never thought I'd say that I wanted to see more rocket frags in a QL movie :> Bit too much shotgun and a lot of quad runs in a row which got old quick.

I liked it a lot though! Never been a fan of "epic" music in frag movies but it was very well edited overall and for a movie this length the quality of frags was pretty decent. Thumbs up.

A++ 9.9/10 best could be this given time.

I'd say Colosseum II is much much better in terms of editing, composition, and overall quality, but first part had better,more presentable maps. Both movies are undoubtedly great, high quality material. First one is more presentable map-wise , but everything else goes to part 2.

Meh, when I watched colosseum after the second part... it's so obvious that q3 brings much more excitement/epic frags than ql. Fuck balance, q3 was more fun to play! QL is much more sterile to "holy shit" moments.
