Yeah, GPU folding is the most efficient right now PPD wise, unless you have i7 or SB cpu with 4+ GHz and HT on :)

could you give a guideline to what is needed and how to optimize things? Does this use CUDA?

What hardware you have (CPU and GPU)? When I will know it, I will be able to give advice specific to your configuration.

Ok, so I would reccomend to run GPU tray client, which you can download from here:
http://www.stanford.edu/~friedrim/[email protected]

When you installed the program, run it, right click on tray icon then find menu option Configure. Then enter your name in User Name and for Team number provide value of 176244.

If you do folding first time, do not forget to monitor your GPU temps for some time, I would reccomend to use NvidiaInspector tool which you can get from here: http://downloads.guru3d.com/NVIDIA-Inspector-...-2612.html (update it during the first run).
