At http://www.xtremeclan.nl/html/cache.php you can get more files needed for playing UT demos. Just check unrealtournament.log in UT/system if UT crashed after watching a demo. Somewhere in the log file you can see what you need to play the demo. sometimes it's many files. If you download the UT demo player you can see the missing files in the demoplayer.

get ut demo manager 2.0 HERE, it tells you what you need to play a demo, all from within the game menu, an excellent little mod btw.
