More like agent = idiot.
The rules are pretty clear that a player can refuse to play with someone speccing. Guard refused, agent didn't want to complain with the rules and replay (when he anyway could've easily won), so he pretty much looks like idiot here.
Anyway, if I was admin, I would never allow any external specs on servers and I'd ban all players who give server passwords to their idiot friends, etc, because all those morons in spec only talk stupid stuff in chat and sometimes take all slots and don't let streamers join, etc. Want to watch a game? Watch the stream or gtfo.

Either way, it is also easy to exploit. If you are starting to loose, just tell your friends to join the game, forfeit it, and then demand a rematch.

Spec chat can't be seen by players once the game has started. the reason for no specs surely is there so noone gets his friend on teamspeak to tell health/armor, location, times etc.

I know they aren't seen by players, but they are bloody annoying on stream.

And because of guard's english there was a guy who didn't understand him, so he asked: "do you want somebody to create a server for you?". Guard replied: "yes", so the guy created it. End of story.

I don't know this, but I say what I've seen in irc. But my guess is miscommunication between the two (agent and guard).

If no one was against that guard's friend (or whoever he was) presence, then what's the problem? By the rules, spectators can watch the game if no player is against it.

Agreed. It's like HLTV where no one is allowed on the main server except the admin and the players. Special slots can be kept for Streamers but everyone else is better off watching the stream(s).

1) Guard;s friend created server and stayed in spectators , when joined agent, some streamers and some random guy(dazator - agents mate i suppose) , whom as i understood lately guard blamed of telling agent game info' /////

so WHILE ALL of em were on server spectating GUARD pressed ready and started to play !!!!! didnt he have to say he wont play with spectators BEFORE he presser RDY ? how do you think community ? please give opinions !

He was loosing the game 4-0 , 30 seconds before the end he joiined specators and said - we should reply - i told you i wont play with anyone specating besides streamers ( HOWEVER HE DID PRESS RDY button and HOWEVER there was a guy who created server specating (some guard's mate) and others

Rules are rules, sure, but if it really went like this guard should just shut the fuck up and accept the loss, its hilarious that u start the game and afterwards say that shit.

True, guard should've stopped playing at once when the blamed guy joined the server, no matter when he did it. He has obviously seen it, but continued to play. Why? Coz in truth he didn't know whether there would be some communication involved or not, and drew his later conclusion on the fact that he lost the map. That's not a reliable evidence, it would be only if it was impossible or highly impobable for him to lose that match.

For the lack of admins' explainations it looks weird, like a decision based exclusively on an intuitive hunch that one player had.

P.S. It was funny how Cypher before the final joked to guard: "Check out the specs, so that you wouldn't say anything afterwards" =)

Another point is maybe your behavior at the conflict situation. You know you are right and then you start raging in russian language like stalin, so maybe i could understand why admins decided so. I thought that agent was angry because he got publicly blamed for cheating and replaying the match would be like agreeing that he was guilty? Ok, maybe I project too much into him and he was raging out of losing his lolly, I really can't know that. =)

1.I AMSG`ed on irc on all chans, who can create server (me/agent don't have pro). Random dude in channel answered and I did PM.
I never played against him, never talked, saw him 1st time. Ofcors you car cry me a river... dazators is a good friend of agent.
2. I TOLD TWO TIMES TO AGENT "Don't give pass to any friends, just streamers" , he answered "OK". AFTER OK, I didn't pressed +score, becose I WAS SURE , we will be alone with streamers (I dead few times in a match and QL scoreboard isn't perfect fast to see spectators). But as I told, I was sure we will be alone with streamers and was focused to game not to spectators LOL.
3. I pressed spec 30 seconds before end match, becose I LOST, not becose I saw spectator and just after that I saw dazator on server.
4. It was bo3, not bo1 after all.

Both of my opponents broke rule 1.1 which caused a little bit of extra buzz. After my match vs Amai he refused to give me the demo breaking rule 8.1 (as he said he didn't even record). L2rules before attending to cups.

It does matter. Because rule 8.1 says that demos should be "uploaded on request of a referee", which you aren't. So a referee could rightfully ask you why you would want a demo.

Guard told me that both players agreed before game, that he dont want any spectatos (only me/streams). This is fact.
Guard saw after game that some russian ( who wasnt streaming ) in game and decide to told me that.

I really dont care if they was on some voice communication or not. He just broke rule and i tell him to remach his game.

Agent said that he will not remach and some stuff about that if i will not let him to next round, he will kill me and then he will not play ZOTACs anymore ( again, i really dont care ._. ). So it was AGENTs decision that he dont wants to play his game.

So we put his last oponent on his place in brackets. Me and Donathan decied. End of story

BTW, this is not the first time when agent disregarded tournament rules and then raged and whined about it. Remember 1st level cup, where he was raged about the fact that loser's bracket winner didn't have to win 2xbo5's in the grand final (which was well known beforehand) and refused to play.
