watched a video a bit, the reaction from the computer screen looked pretty lagged. need it to be almost instantanous for fps games.

If i were razer I would probably be working on this yesterday. I'm guessing there isn't anything inherently slow in this, like in mechanical mice.

dont really know whats awesome about it (at least in a desktop environment), having a mechanical device in your hand is a lot more comfortable, isnt it?

theorically it could reduce reaction time slightly (time it takes for you to press a button physically vs a sensor reading your move) I guess?

Well there are all kinds of buttons and usually, people prefer a certain type rather than the ones easiest to press.

Anyway, I'm interested in what future will bring for us in the mind-signal\eye reading front.

another example of an useless MIT project. I will like to feel the tactile feedback of a real mechanical device and I think 90 percent of the world also feel that way. Even though gesture based input seems to hog limelight nowadays, I think human brain ALWAYS favors tactile feedback, its just so..natural. This is the very reason I drive my car with a steering wheel and not some stupid fancy crap a nerd invents in a MIT lab.

It didnt seem all that precise on the video, and the cursor seemed to lag a bit, so I wouldn't buy it just yet :)
