As the current betting season has been going on for very long now, we have decided it is time to reset it in the near future. After all, cYmoZz, as the current leader ,has more than 600 times the amount of money than anyone who starts fresh and also would need more than 60 simultaneous fixtures to bet it all.
Resetting means: The money people have accumulated will be moved to savings and everybody starts with 500 ESR$. Most likely, we will also have a nifty news post, praising the winners for their enournous nerdiness.
Basically, the options are as follows:
A) In the next few days, before the groups for IEM4 EU Finals are made public and the corresponding fixtures are made.
B) After the EU Finals are over, but before the World Finals.
C) After the World Finals.
The options B and C allow for a real finale of the season, with C being the biggest.
Options A and B give new users and those that were unlucky this season the opportunity to bet during the events with the same amount of money as everyone and with skill and some luck even enter the Top 10.
The admins were unable to reach an unanimous decision on the best timing, which is why we would like you to give us some input, ESR-style, to help decide one way or the other.
As to the groups should be announced in a few days, we would like to reach a decision by 12:00 CET, tomorrow.
Keep in mind, if option A gets chosen we would have demiurge perform the reset as soon as possible and remake any ongoing bets.
P.S.: If anyone wants to donate a prize for the betting competiton, or find a sponsor for a prize, we would humbly accept it :)
