wouldnt see any problems with that, except you wont have sound (unless you can hang a speakerset onto another output)

Yeah thats what I meant lol. Only a few companies make true 240hz, and they're very expensive. I wouldn't mind playing on one.

A lot of these refresh rate figures are probably fiddled. However, some manufacturers are releasing 120hz LCD monitors which a lot of people are describing as CRT-like. For example, the Samsung 2233rz.

I would buy this monitor if it had a 1080p resolution and HDMI input. But it doesn't. Is there a monitor which does (as well as the 2233rz's CRT-like qualities?)

what's the point to use it with PS3? PS3 doesnt support 120hz output + you also need not less than 120 fps to actually feel the difference while that's also impossible on PS3

The Asus VG242H will supposedly have 120hz refresh and HDMI. No release date yet, though -_-

It will also be 16:9 widescreen with native resolution 1920:1080
