Today: Tagliatelle, Broccoli, Schnitzel with a sage / rosemary roux

Friday: travelling until late so only leftovers for lunch and maybe a döner for midnight dinner

Saturday: Probably Vegetables and chicken in a wok, maybe with curry / coconut suace dunno yet.

Sunday: Whatever she plans to make.

and a banana. also 2 cups of coffee.

about 10 minutes ago i had a half cup of blueberries and half a bagel <-- ya ya. 1 cup of coffee.

for lunch i will have a salad with a grilled chicken breast cut in. with 3 cups of water drank. 1 cup of coffee.

for a midday snack i will have peanutbutter on sliced banana.

dinner: beans,carrots, grilled chicken breast again (ya lazy), 3 cups of water.

Also, going to the gym. Post workout protein shake.


some mornings i switch off oats with eggs, and such fruits. dinner I changed meats, fish,chicken,turkey, sometimes beef.

Lunch is usually salads with chicken thrown in. I grill chicken for the week on sundays.

Sometimes I'll have a cheatmeal on fridays. (pizza or something.)

I haven't personally eaten fastfood in about 3 years. And before that 7 years. Only reason I did a few times was coming home from work at 4am working at UPS factory for 5 straight hours, if you ever unloaded/loaded trucks that long with boxes varying in weigth upto 100+ pounds sometimes. You'd burn so much calories it was nuts. So, i made a few mistakes :D

your diet sucks man. no healthy fats and no good carbs (like oatmeal), apart from breakfast. good carbs like brown rice or oatmeal around your workout. protein shake is useless without carbs after workout which is a MUST. your diet looks kinda low carbish, but not enough fats. mb try something like:

1st:
4 eggs + beacon
2nd:
pork and vegs (the more the better)
3rd:
beef and vegs
4th:
chicken
5th:
3 eggs
6th:
salmon

good for cutting, high fat low carb. load your carb from time to time (depends on the feeling imo, dont follow strict guidelines since theyre bs)

I gained more weight in three weeks when I was visiting my parents in Germany last year than in the two years I've been living in the US now (I actually lost weight). mama's and grandma's food <3

Now I'm not saying that the food here is better than in germany or anywhere else, it's just that it doesn't really matter WHERE you go, you always have to watch out what and how much you eat. in some countries more than in others tho.

Hm. The US have some great products but they sometimes lack a cuisine as Jeffrey Steingarten writes in his book "The man who ate everything". For example he marvelled at the quality of the fish at the north east coast, but found that the cooks didn't know what to do with it. But there are great American chefs, but more so cookbook authors. The national American team of the US bakers guild have won the world championships of baking in Paris twice, I think. The overall quality of bread in America is poor, that is true. Because it is such a huge country, that for example rye cannot be stocked. In Germany, you get 2 different types of rye flour in almost every supermarket. Also American wheat is totally diffferent from the one used in European-style artisan breads, which is another reason for wonderbread being so popular.
