Hi there fellow ESRers,

I just got the deathadder yesterday. Amazing mouse. Using max dpi of 1800, everything is very sensitive yet accurate. I have both the latest driver and firmware, no accel so to speak, but liftoff could still be improved with some thicker skates.

Is there any way to not use driver yet save the Razer's sensitivity after you uninstall the drivers? I heard that using any other windows sensitivity but default 6/11 will degrade the DPI of this mouse, which makes it more prone to malfunction and makes it less accurate. Is this true?

Lastly what exactly does the razer's sensitivity do? Does it change anything negatively by adding in rounding or prediction or give any form of negative/positive acceleration? I find 6/11 without drivers which hard to use, I want to take advantage of all that DPI, using 3/11 makes the mouse look less smooth vs. lowering the razer sensitivity (I have it down to 1, according to the razerte.ini).
