First of all, it's worth it to have heatspreaders, and here's the link. I'd hardly call that overpriced. I may get another 2 gigs since in retrieving the link I noticed they're on sale for 50 bucks for 2 gigs.

And why would I want overheating RAM? Especially running the clocks up like I tend to do?

It wasn't a "window kit" it's the way the case came, and I'm happy with it.
And for power supply, I'm not going to use an inferior (modular) PSU for the sake of Aesthetics. If I was was worried about "pretty" over performance I'd get an LCD monitor.
