You can't say "gg" and then go on and turn the game around.
The gg implies congratulating your opponent for winning the game, and does not allow to play on and win a competitive game like this one. That's simply really bad sportsmanship.

sorry for not hitting enter after i wrote gg, cause i already had "/quit" in the console. Dunno what got me to continue playing.

Really funny imo that noctis managed to win it after all; some really nice shots in the last exciting minutes.

lol. you can say whatver u want ingame aslong as you are still in game... if you say gg you say gg... its unwritten rule but still =D game is not over until both have said its OVER... GG doesnt mean always its over.

i'm doing this all the time when i'm fed up or just think i've tried too many times and there is no point anymore.
and sometimes the carelessness/aggressiveness turns things around \o/ (very rarely though)

the alternative of quitting is about a billion times worse imo :P

Sometimes leads to funny situations as such :

-game starts, enemy gets 2-3 frags in a row.
-you say "gg" but keep running around.
-frag the guy and watch the fireworks :)

Hadnt watch the demo yet, but as far as i see here, noctis won and something was wrong. noctis, it happens to meet difficulties, is that quake that disappoited you or something else?
imo whatever reasons for such play could be, at least it is expectable to show some respect towards your opponent

Imo, the pro-q3dm6 game was a better demo to upload here. Not that close, but surely a higher level of skill was shown there.

hmmm well, the hub victory was lame idd, taking that mega after saying that, and then attacking your enemy was a bit :/

its like a F1 team saying they are going to retire from a race, which makes their rivals believe that they can pit in without fear, only for the retiring team to go back on their word as soon as they see that their rivals are pitting...

admittedly, noctis didnt play very well, but, i feel that he stole that game from stalker unfairly...

if stalker stopped playing, too bad for him. the game is over after 15 minutes, not when someone says "gg"

hmm, well, you could say that in starcraft, the game aint over until every building/scv has been destroyed, and both players should play on until then, unless one player concedes by saying 'gg'. you could argue the same is true for quake. you play 15 mins, unless one of the player concedes by saying 'gg'.

well, it doesnt really matter cos its VQ3, but i reckon the 'gg', forcing stalkers timeout, and then noctis' subsequent LG rush decided the game, unfairly.

the game in starcraft ends when 1 player disconnects, not when one says gg.

but any serious starcraft league got rules against saying gg and not leaving though, so if quakers want to adopt, then do so, but as long as its not in the rules, lolz@stalker
