You're "trying to get into" quake 3 cpma? You look like someone who has played quake 3 quite a bit, not someone who is trying to get into it in 2007. You obviously have played pdm6 loads of times.

You're playing your friend who is, according to your description, "a bit" worse than you, and then you actually want comments on how you play and how to improve based upon that?

The guy's a total noob and doesn't play anything right. How are you expecting any good tips when it isn't even possible to see how you play? So many people can dominate a bad player with a set scheme like you did here, but it doesn't say anything about their skill in a real match.

It's obvious that you thought that you played such a great rape match that you just had to upload it here, because if you really wanted feeback on your game, you'd have uploaded a game where you show what you do when you aren't in absolute control for 15 minutes against a guy with 10 lg and 0 rail( or did he maybe grab one and hit 1 in the very end? I think he did!)

get a sensitivity that doesn't suck and make you look like ass and affords you the ability to aim worth a shit with any sort of consistency
then do the same with your map movement (largely a result of bad sensitivity)

you have the rest down just fine; while it's hard to tell exactly how far along you are against good players, it's clear you're just a bit more than a 'decent' player, like most of us are. you would still lose to the top 20 guys in the world by 30 frags, but you might get 25-10 on your best map on a good day.

mostly, it just requires more practice from here on out, especially to the point that you can remain calm in game to give yourself the chance to think about 'strategy.'

yea hes just a 'bit' worse ... after watching that its clear youve played about 69X as much quake as your friend other than that.. your dm6 looks good but anonymous pretty much nailed it.. upload a demo of a game which is close or one that shows what you do when you dont have complete control.. then you might get some decent feedback.
