One of the many practice games played on Quakecon 06. Cooller & forever played a couple of games on monsoon, from which this one is the best imo.
Forever couldn't really live up (yet) to the expectations on recent events, probably due to his nerves etc, but in games like this you can clearly see he has the skill to compete with the big ones.
nice & close game imo, enjoy it!

oh, you want me to upload the demo in which he beats cooller?
of course such demos don't say everything, but it's pretty obvious we haven't seen the real forever in official games lately (with the exception of online tournaments).
im not a fanboy, by far, because I don't like forever, but it must be frustrating not being able to play your normal level at a big tourney...

such demos don't say anything, actually. practice games are just that, for practice, especially against cooller who is notorious for not taking such games seriously.

yeah ok point taken, but you can also practice 'seriously', which is clearly the case. It's just a nice game, nothing more, nothing less...

btw, you DO know that cooller lost to forever at ESWC right?

Never seen cooller play seriously in practise, infact he does not seem to play seriously in half of he's real matches.

actually not really. same thing, and if you followed esr in the last 2 days, he won the 4q4 tourney, so he's doing pretty well.

I realy think 1.3 is better suited for forever than 1.2 though. He's realy fast cuz of ctf attacking moves he still got from q3 :).
And his rail still doesn't realy miss on low pings :p

Forever is never going to be anything. He gets raped on every tournament he attends. ESWC doesnt count because something fishy was going around there, like winz winning.

I would like him to prove me wrong.
