I've fucking had it with the TSN commentary. It sucks SO much compared to ANY iTG caster. Seriously, the best of TSN is way below the worst of iTG. Please post in this thread and maybe we can tear up a bit of a shitstorm about it, and get them to change. Currently, the CPL sell their casting rights on a yearly basis, this year, they've sold it to gotfrag(TSN), let's make it known that the events will get more publicity and more attendance with some proper casting. It will pay off to not go for the immediate quick buck.

Jokes aside though, what do you mean with professional here? I find their casting to be worse than iTG's, and this is what matters imo.

Nah, jokes aside though, what about them do you rate as professional? In my opinion, their casting is less good than iTG's, and this is what matters to me, the end viewer.

From a purely spectator (As in the online streams and stuff) point of view they are both as (un)proffesional as each other. The actual match casts are ok, but everything surrounding the casts etc is so lame and amatuer imo :S

I don't wish to talk shit about anyone and even though I don't even know their names, I'd say there is decent shoutcasting skills available in the TSN camp... BUT I definately prefer iTG and it feels like it's an easy choice when I can easily name 3 iTG casters that do (in my opinion) better casting than any of the TSN crew, and I can't even name 3 people of the TSN crew which must tell something (lacks personality and/or community involvement...?).

They still get owned by Wheat though(in every game except the RTCW series, where tosspot rules :D)

Redeye is a really good caster, but he's not better than Wheat :D

Yeah sure, Joe is alright, but he only casts like 2 minutes a match and lets his horrible partners do everything else.

I can remember redeye doing some early q4 democasts and they were pretty good.
He doesn't "OH WOW" and "OH JESUS WOW" like all the americans do, so it makes it easier to listen to.

i find tsn casts boring ,lacking in enthusiasm and sound quite unsure about what they are talking about . iTG involve themselves in the community, know what they are talking about and are fun to listen to . iTG also have their casts/streams available for dl so the poor souls with shite connections still get the pleasure of listening/watching their fav game without buffering every 2mins

I find it stupid to complain of a free service.
IF you do not like the casts than mute the sound or switch the stream (if possible). Each caster has its pros and cons these are mostly subjective. IT is clear that on average esreality users prefer itg, but do they represent the larger % of the listening audience?
