i'm trying to figure out a couple things about the workshop maps - those maps you download when you join a weird server, for example, overkillPP.
first, i'm convinced these are downloaded only as temp files; i can for example, launch a devmap if i just played it, but if i close QL then the map disappears.
is there a way to save them permanently?
if so, where do they go? q3base? in steam?
finally, is there a list somewhere, or a browsable page, where i can see what maps are published? i really love some of these old fan-made maps (like Opium) and would like to play them more often, even with just bots if necessary.
