I stopped consuming milk from any source after I naturally weened off my mums fat tits.

I don't need milk from another species because that's retarded.

Is there a better alternative? Do you like yogurt? How much calcium does a person actually need?

You can get all your calcium needs from dark green leafy vegetables like spinnach, nuts seeds and fortified tofu.

Also a recent study came out showing that excess milk consumption actually caused lower bone density in certain individuals. The "milk makes your bones strong" claim is a myth and doesn't hold credit to any studies actually done on a large scale.

But I don't put my faith in most scientific studies conducted on different people considering every person is made up differently. If drinking milk works for you health wise and you're told it's apparantly bad for you, why should you stop just because a person said you should?
