Write the following in launch parameters for HL1:
-noforcemparms -noforcemaccel

HL1 has accel already on it. Face a wall, turn around 180 slowly then do the same distance fast and you'll see it.

Another common one to put in is noforcempsd although I don't really like it (and most others don't). Just experiment with them

All you really need to know are that those noforce commands change the way your mouse behaves (whether that be accel or desktop settings) so just experiment with them until you're happy with them.

already did . still dunno what m parms mean .

Something to do with mousebuttons (side buttons etc) although I notice a difference in accel and also notice a different feel with mpsd (although that's related to windows sensitivity) but like I said, just play around with the different options and find what you like. Most people tend to stay with maccel and mparms

people use 2/3 of the noforce commands out of old cs superstitions.. the reality is regardless of what combination of the commands you use, the end result is ACCEL ON or ACCEL OFF. Whatever makes it turn off.. use. You can check if it's off by doing a slow swipe and a fast swipe across your whole mousepad and seeing if there's a difference in distance(it will be drastic).

Yes.
Set Control Panel > Mouse > Pointer Options > Enhance pointer precision OFF and use -noforcemparms or -noforcemspd means: no accel!

Yes.
-noforcemaccel on its own doesn't do anything at all on XP/Vista/7. It only affects Windows 2000 and before.

When people say they use all 3 options, they only NEED to turn EPP off and use ONE of either -noforcemparms or -noforcemspd.
I use -noforcemparms.

For the HL1 engine:
-noforcemspd means: DO NOT turn on Windows acceleration ('Enhance pointer precision').
-noforcemaccel means: DO NOT change the Windows 95/98/ME/2000 acceleration thresholds (who cares).
-noforcemparms = Same as BOTH -noforcemspd AND -noforcemaccel.

//edit : i was trying 2Min of playing . emmmhhh -noforcemspd increase hl1 sensitivity 2times now it caunt also Windows MULTIPLIER i have 8/10 so sensitivity change from 8.3 to 4.14 i feel nice .
