i have virgin 20mb at melton with 0 problems, ping 8-16 to uk ql servers.

LAN Center? Change ISPs?

I have the same problem back home. I'm going to have to switch to DSL to fix it (I think)

But hey i pay for a 'gaming' service which since nov last year start traffic shaping p2p between 8am-0am

Those pings are super stable, very nice :)

Upgrade to UBR was supposed to be completed in January, turns out it needed more work that initially planned, and now i can expect completition on the 22nd March

So basically what they are saying is that although i finish university on 8th February, i can't play quake or stream until the 22nd of March, looks like it's going to be all work and no play
