from what i've heard they're awesome for hard pads like icemat, dont wear out that fast as hyperglides for example

i've had a few sets of those, used on an icemat with 3.0, 1.1 and wmo

they're definitely not as fast and smooth as hyperglides. they have higher friction so you get better control with icemat. slicksurfs are available in 2 thicknesses, the thicker one is just thick enough to be used as replacement feet, but it is easier if you just get the thinner ones and stick them on top of the old feet.

doesn't matter which you choose, you're gonna have to change the feet every once in a while cos they wear out, loose smoothness and the glide becomes poor, but not like hyperglides which only take a week and they are ruined with icemat.

must mention i dropped the icemat long ago, don't get me wrong it's better than most mousepads but hyperglides + puretrak talent is a choice of much better longevity and comfortability.

Hyperglides are awesome and Mark Chan is an awesome guy for making them. Beware of cheap imitations.

The only flaw I found using hyperglides is that they last way to long.

mb I wrote that coz they actually do last for way to long. Had to take my friends skates off since the adhesive was collecting dust on the sides after 2 years of use on his IE 3.0.

but yeah, kinda looks like cheap advertising.
