"If you can't hold it in two hands...
It ain't the least bit interesting"

The 2nd Annual MsQuakecon Tournament was a great success with close matches and mouth-watering prizes to any gamer. Twenty-Four girls battled it out in FFA rounds striving to snag a spot in the 16 player double elimination brackets to be played 1v1 style (using Rocket Arena 3). Next the duelling began; Early on it was evident who the star players were: The top 4 seeds each ended up in the final four. The RA3 matches were fast paced and went by quickly. The intensity was high as we watched Ms.X triumph from the losers bracket over Suga in the finals. The Standings are as follows:

1st place Ms.X
2nd place Suga
3rd place Beta
4th place Raven

1st place Nvidia geforce 6800, 64AMD processor, Linksys wireless pc/notebook router, $200 cash, doom3 signed by all of id, a chance to play vs. fatality at his booth with a guaranteed prize (Abit mobo!), Speakers, shirts, mousepads, Alienware thermal mug, Geargrip PC tote

2nd place Nvidia geforce 6800, $100 cash, doom3 signed by all of id, GeekwearZ gift certificate, a chance to play vs. fatality at his booth, shirts, mousepads

3rd place 64AMD processor, $50 cash, doom3 signed by all of id, GeekwearZ gift certificate, a chance to play vs. fatality at his booth, shirts, mousepads

Congratulations Ms.X!!!!

The MsQuakecon staff appreciates all the help from the sponsors:

A big thanks to the id mom, MsDonna, Tommy from GeekwearZ, iTG for giving us coverage, Tourney admins for letting us use the tournament machines, and all the staff working to make MsQuakecon a success, (and of course we can't forget the participants whom we'll miss until next year).

I'd like to add that CaliGirl and p24t were awesome as well =)
