Finally, after almost 2 years since the demo call post, I am proud to present my fourth quakelive movie - PixelBeat. While working on this movie, I kept in mind all the consructive criticism I recieved from my previous works, I have also focused on a couple of things, especially speed and flow.

From 986 demos I recieved, I gave an OKAY to 170 demos. From these, only a handful of 43 demos ended up in the movie. That's 4% of the initial amount. That being said, I expected much more from the community. Still, I did my best to showcase these best frags.


My special thanks go to phl (juvenile delinquency), whom I kept contact with throughout the whole editing period. Without his input and ideas the movie wouldn't be the same.

"i've quit the game 3-4 years ago, and made this from my fellow demos to 80% 3 years ago..
I decided to finish the fellow 20% last month, to get rid of many uncompressed files from hdd. as the name tells, it's not a serious production, just a short mix of funplay.

i'm not coming back, just a final goodbye to this awesome game..

Hello Guys, this movie was meant to be released yesterday but it seems the universe hates it and tries to keep me from publishing it. I literally had problems with everything getting this movie online (inet rendering encoding YouTube even with the esr site).

Looking back at the last 4 days i honestly wish i would have never made it. MY APOLOGIES for that mess i hope you can download and enjoy it since its all in all a good movie.

YouTube somehow has problems with the codec, thats why its only available on 480p BUT the original is the purest 1080p so 480 is still hd kinda. Also YouTube decided to double the movie length. i have no idea why! the movie ends at 5:30 keep that in mind.

I HIGHLY recommend downloading it cause the video quality is breathtaking! Though it might not run on weak or old machines!

The long awaited Quake 3 movie that I promoted during DreamHack Winter 2011 is finally here.

This movie has been delayed due my studies etc, but finally I managed to finish it. Honestly it only took 9+4 days to make. 4 days for the intro which was already made, and 9 days for all the other parts. I recaptured everything that I presented at DHW too, because the in-game effects were different in Q3 and QL. Thanks to brugal; he managed to put Quake3 support into his awesome tool, WolfcamQL.

Well...enjoy the movie, and if it get really high points overall (9+) I might do a sequel sometime ;)
