Analysis:

Mesta: I know all the German players in that team and they are all veterans. I guess that teamplay and experience will be there. Not sure about the rest.

xero: Yeah, the Germans are old guys, really old, too old... But they are not what’s exciting about this team. With the biggest surprise of the tournament, at least for me pan has convinced fearZZz and Latrommi, of the Russian QL clan Deliberate Murder, to sign up and play CPM. At the end of the day, Quake is Quake, theses guys have shown how well they can play TDM, it shouldn’t take them long to transition, and once they do, ZEN will be a contender. The biggest face of #cpmpickup element will initially be the lead player, taking the red armors, powerups etc., trying to play well enough so that his teammates can adjust to CPM. If he can lead them to a playoff spot, the Russians should take over, and at that point, element will fill the #3 role, and become a very big swing man. His aim and movement are generally underrated but he is, in terms of cpm fundamentals, solid. The remaining players of this team, dansen and pan, much like element, will have to be at their best in the opening stages to have a chance in the dogfight for a playoff spot. What is really dangerous for this team, and what they will struggle with most, is their inability to keep their cool, letting a lead slowly decimate, into a implosive act of complete forfeiture from the league. They should really start smoking some weed.


Prediction:

Mesta: no clues, middle-bottom I guess.

xero: Wild team, depends on the Russians. Anywhere from 4-12.

ShadyAK: they should be aiming for a top3 if fearzzz and immortal prac their CPM TDM prior to the big games and if pan/ele don't rage too much
